So, I saw this piece of info over on WoW Insider - City Faction Tabards and it really intrigued me. Up until now, folks were doing the good ole' cloth donations to the city cloth quartermaster, or by doing the daily quests and stuff up at the Argent Tourney. Now, you can pay a pittance to get a tabard, for your city, do your random dungeons like we all love to do, and be able to get faction.
Definitely keep an eye on this - if you're sitting on a ton of runecloth, it very well may impact your sales come Cataclysm. Those with tons of money will likely buy it up to turn in for the speed factor, but those who are cheap, and do a lot of random dungeons, may just as well buy the tabard. Will update with more info as I come across it.
